Ms. Claudio studied voice at Tyndale University in Toronto for two years and presently studies voice at both The Royal Conservatory of Music and Victoria University in Toronto. As a Mezzo-Soprano she performs on numerous stages, venues and churches in Canada, United States, West Indies and Europe.  Ms. Claudio performed for ten years with Agincourt Pentecostal Church Choir and Orchestra under the rare Direction of Dan Shedden and Brian Harrison and continues to participate in our rich choral community.

 

Ms. Claudio has also collaborated with numerous musicians and quartets through the years and continues to perform Christmas hymns and carols on stages, venues like The King Edward Hotel, and different local neighborhoods like Scarborough Bluffs and The Beaches.  She believes that the tradition of Christmas caroling is alive and well. Hark! Jacinta might be coming to a neighborhood near you one miraculous Christmas!

 

Ms. Claudio has been singing since grade school with numerous leads in musical theatre productions and has performed in middle school choir, Kiwanis Festivals and concerts including Christmas songs for CBC radio located in Toronto. Her professional singing career started in her late teens with 'The Sounds of Gratitude,' an English/Italian wedding band and numerous vocal competitions. One highlight was The Canadian National Exhibition's, Rising Star competition where she won Best Female Vocalist. The C.N.E. Board of Governors later selected Ms. Claudio as their Canadian Representative and Vocalist for celebrations in Memphis, Tennessee in United States. She has been privileged to participate musically at The Billy Graham Crusade in The Toronto Skydome in June 1995 as Soloist and numerous weddings as special guest throughout the years.

Ms. Claudio looks forward to sharing her songs and inspiring hearts with the life giving sounds of Gospel Music.
